tim osmar :chalk it up to logic

eighteen days in jail for writing on the sidewalk.i can’t get upset anymore about putting a guy in jail for writing on the sidewalk with pink chalk that washes away or can i..?i didn’t realize osmar had done this twice. it’s a little disrespectful to write in front of orlando’s city hall and the orange county courthouse, but to put him in jail and allow people like jesse davis,shooting a man 6 times, hector rodriquez,michael marshall and sharon glass to keep their son in a cage starved and their other children,allowing doreen dufresne to be out killing a second husband,tyrone powell, aaron golson, willie henderson, the faella’s, dale smith,julio contreras, and i am only going back to march.wandering around killing people and not be locked up, when they all have many arrests,that’s what is so ridiculous. these people were allowed to be on the outside and murdered people ,when they should have been in the much needed jail space osmar was using..

first amendment attorney for osmar says it best:” i am thrilled the crime rate in orlando is so low the city of orlando has time to imprison people for drawing ,on the sidewalk in chalk”, in the orlando sentinel by mark schlueb.

a judge ruled the city of orlando had no right to arrest the man for writing with chalk, according to channel 9.osmar was paid  6000.00 in damages and his 3 attorneys split 35,000. the city of orlando also had to pay two law firms to defend the city 83,293.00 and 72,070.00.i don’t believe they will be arresting anyone else with pink chalk.

We used to worry about foster parents

Today you have to be afraid of foster teens.the judge saw there was enough evidence to hold teens , ortiz 13,beckner 15 and johnson 15 for trial.the 911 call was heartbreaking as the teens were trying to break the door down to kill the foster parent, when throwing furniture around didn’t work. . she was afraid she would die before the police arrived. apparently she had called her supervisor before the police.they had three different plans of murder and burying the body in the park.one neighbor said they were always causing trouble in his yard. he wasn’t suprised.

this was hardly their first offense. of the nine group homes,one had 57 calls to the police about them by neighbors.i think it may have been this home. commissioners and the mayor are investigating all of these homes now, and dcf is investigating.. what exactly does a parent have to do, to lose their child. i mean dcf did not take haleigh cummings away from the psychopath that is ronald cummings , as pat brown calls him or the sociopath misty croslin or even junior after haleigh went missing.dcf hasn’t taken  the children away from dale smith even though he is the only suspect in the murder of their mother michelle parker.dcf also left the children in the home  of michael marshall and sharon glass,starving and caged, a 40 pound 12 year old…

what laws exactly allow dcf to take  the children away?by the time they take the child away, they are half dead or already a sociopath like the only role models they ever saw.misty croslin should have been taken away from her parents, who admit they were always on drugs,in and out of jail and what kind of mother takes her son to a blind mans house in the middle of the night ,tricks him into using his phone in order to steal his gun and checkbook.lisa and hank croslin had money to buy drugs, but not food, and used the drugs in front of their three children.

i wonder how misty turned into a 14 year old dropout, a drug dealer ,who constantly lied to the police every day of her life about the disappearance of haleigh cummings,who may have murdered haleigh ,only to be arrested as soon as she turned 18 for dealing drugs on camera ,and by a school.

sociopaths killing our children or breeding new sociopaths

Michael Marshall and his girlfriend Sharon Glass were starving his 12 year old son to death and locked him in a cage .i cannot bear to even say what they did, without crying. he weighs 40 pounds, like a holocaust prisoner.they are saying he will have physical and health problems the rest of his life!i think of course mental, also.why do we have DCF ? i feel like we are living in the wild wild west.i only hear horror stories of DCF. do they ever help?

the  evil stupidity of putting someone malnourished in a cage for trying to get food. and why is custody being given in one day to marshall’s mother. do you think maybe you should investigate her to see how her son became so evil?

there was a fire at this home several years ago and said to be 5 children at that time. what happened to the other children? now there were three,it isn’t known if anyone checked on the children. DCF went to many houses on this street, but not this

 one. the boy was taken out of school to be home schooled.are there no checks and balances to look at these children to make sure they are not being abused.

in the other custoday case today, they decided  not to give custoday of the poor strangling victim of Alexis Felton to her family.the 11 month old, who was already in the hospital and strangled 6 times , while in the hospital, is still there, of course, but she will be given to foster care.her mother  is still under suicide watch .i don’t know if the court got this one right or if Felton ‘s family is alive, in prison or what and do we still have to worry about this baby in foster care. oh no, as soon as i wrote this a reporter an channel 9 said no one in Felton’s family has stepped forward to take the baby. i should have known …. and  the father is asking for a paternity test.
